Shaila Campbell was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Punahou School. She attended The Ohio State University, where she specialized in Real Estate and Finance, receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the Max M. Fisher College of Business.

Shaila has been a full-time licensed residential Realtor® since 2005 and earned her Brokers license in 2010. She has been recognized for her outstanding work in the real estate community by being nominated for the Aloha ‘Aina People’s Choice Award every year since 2006. She won this award in 2008 for providing exceptional customer service and exemplifying high ethical standards. In 2014, she was honored as one of HONOLULU Magazine’s Best in Real Estate.

Shaila is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Fewer than 4% of all Realtors® nationwide achieve a CRS designation, which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors® in the residential sales field. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Community involvement is very important to Shaila. She has been volunteering with Honolulu Habitat for Humanity since 2005. She has served as Chair of the Family Selection Committee and as a Board Member. In 2009, she was awarded their President’s Award and in 2011 she was honored to be the recipient of the Fran Brossy Lifetime Achievement Award.
